What I offer
The majority of my sessions are currently conducted online, Monday to Friday.
However, if you’re based in the East Midlands area and would like face to face sessions, I can accommodate upon request.
Please reach out to me on 07931605941 or tommorti@gmail.com, and we can discuss further.
-
A thorough clinical assessment is super important for both of us to see if we're right for each other.
This session gives you a chance to ask any questions about me and the type of therapy I offer. And for me to really begin to understand what’s going on for you.
-
My standard fee for an online therapy session for adults who don't have any concessions.
This price reflects the time, care and presence I bring to the work, as well as the ongoing training, supervision and reflection that support it.
-
I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of circumstance.
I offer lower-cost spaces for children and young people, students, OAPs, those who may not be in a position to pay the full fee. These sessions are offered on a sliding scale, depending on what feels manageable for you.
If you're interested in working together but are concerned about the cost, please feel free to get in touch. We can have an open conversation about what’s possible - no awkwardness, no pressure!
-
Alongside therapy, I also offer mentoring for young adults looking for support outside of traditional counselling. Mentoring is less formal and might include:
Exploring what matters to you and where you want to go
Unpicking internal blocks like self-doubt, imposter syndrome or burnout
Working on building self-belief, emotional resilience and healthier boundaries
Supporting your decision-making or creative projects
Helping you reconnect with purpose, energy and self-trust
This is a space to be heard, think out loud, and reconnect with what matters to you - without pressure or judgement.
More information about what’s involved
Before any therapeutic relationship can take place, we must first have a clinical assessment. With mentoring, there is no need for a clinical assessment.
The most effective therapeutic relationships begin with sessions every week, All therapeutic sessions are recommended to take place weekly, but I do offer fortnightly sessions if you’d prefer.
Mentoring sessions can take place whenever you’d like them to take place.
Clinical assessment
£15, 50 Minutes
A thorough, full clinical assessment is an important first step as it gives us both space to get a feel for each other, and for me to really begin to understand what’s going on for you.
In this session, you’ll be able to ask any questions about me, the type of therapy I offer, and how the process might work in your particular situation. I’ll ask a few questions too - about your life, your story, your relationships, and what’s brought you here, so I can start to build a clear picture of how best I can support you.
Some people offer assessments for free, but I believe it’s worth doing properly. When done well, an assessment can lay the foundation for a deeper, more effective therapeutic relationship, and I’ll treat this first session with the same care and presence I bring to all of my work.
Full priced therapy session
£35, 50 minutes
This is my standard fee for individual online therapy with adults who aren’t accessing a concession. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is shaped entirely around you - your pace, your process, and what matters most to you.
I practise person-centred therapy, which means I don’t direct or diagnose - instead, I work alongside you as you explore what’s going on inside. The relationship we build together is at the heart of the work, and I’ll offer you warmth, honesty and space to explore your life with depth and compassion.
My background as a former journalist and football manager means I bring both psychological curiosity and grounded, real-world experience. I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from children to adults - and I understand how hard it can be to ask for help, especially when the world tells you to keep it all together.
Discounted therapy session
From £25, 50 minutes
I offer a number of lower-cost spaces for those who need them - including children and young people, students, OAPs, and anyone who may not be in a position to pay the full rate.
I’ve worked extensively with young people and those at the beginning of their adult lives — those navigating big feelings, complex families, messy relationships, and the pressure to figure everything out. I know how much it matters to have therapy that is both accessible and meaningful - a space where you can speak freely and feel heard without worrying whether you can afford to come back next week.
These sessions are offered on a sliding scale depending on your circumstances. If this sounds like something that might help, please get in touch - no awkwardness, no pressure, just a conversation about what might work for you.
1-1 mentoring session
£22.50, 45 minutes
Alongside therapy, I also offer mentoring for people who want support but don’t feel they need traditional counselling. These sessions are more relaxed and practical in tone - part reflective space, part thought partnership.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, self-doubting, burnt out or unsure what’s next, mentoring can help you reconnect with direction, energy, and clarity. We might look at emotional blocks, low confidence, big decisions, or how to be kinder to yourself while still moving forward.
I’ve spent years mentoring men and young people - as a professional mentor, football manager and in my therapy practice - and I understand the power of having someone in your corner. These sessions offer a chance to pause, think out loud, and come back to what really matters - without pressure or fixing.
